Q: I don't see exactly what I want, how can I order a custom product?

A: If you don't see exactly what you want on your store's menu, you can contact the store by phone (the store's phone number appears at the top of their menu page) or you can include your special instructions within your order. If there is any question about your order, the store will contact you.

Q: How do I change an order that I already submitted?

A: You can call the store directly to either cancel your order or discuss your changes. The store phone number can be found at the top of their menu page or by using the store locator or on www.coldstonecreamery.com.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: You should call the store where you placed the order as soon as possible and ask them to cancel your order.

Q: I received an email saying my ordered was cancelled by the store - what does this mean and what do I do now?

A: This means that the store was unable to accommodate your order within the time specified. Your order will be refunded. You can call this store to discuss your order or choose to order from another Cold Stone store near you.

Q: I want to build my own cake, but the store I chose does not have that option.

A: The store may still be able to accommodate your custom order, you can call this store to discuss your order or choose to order from another Cold Stone store near you.

Q: What credit cards are accepted on ColdStoneCakes.com?

A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: How soon can I pick up a cake that I order?

A: You can set your preferred pick up time (during store hours). Most items require that you place online orders at least 24 hours in advance and all custom orders require that you order at least 24 hours in advance. However, we do offer several Signature products that are ready for pick up immediately! You can order these items under the Ready For Pick Up Now tab on your store's menu page. If you have a custom order needed in less than 24 hours, please call the store directly by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
